Absolutely not. You are an independent authority and owner-operator. You have 100% final approval on every load, rate confirmation, shipper location, and schedule before any paperwork is signed.
We work on a clean, low percentage basis per successfully completed load (typically 5% to 8% depending on fleet size and equipment category). We charge no weekly software fees, no dispatch onboarding fees, and no retainers. If you don't roll, you owe nothing.
To activate dispatch coordination, we require: (1) Copy of active Motor Carrier Authority Letter (MC/DOT), (2) Certificate of Insurance naming Silverhawk as certificate holder ($1,000,000 Auto Liability / $100,000 Cargo), (3) Signed W-9 Form, and (4) Your factoring notice of assignment (NOA) if applicable.
