By using the Silver Hawk Logistics website or submitting information through our website forms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Silver Hawk Logistics provides truck dispatching and freight coordination services to independent motor carriers.

Services may include load searching, broker communication, rate negotiation, load booking assistance, paperwork coordination, and dispatch support.

2. Carrier Responsibility

The Carrier remains responsible for its own:

– Operating authority
– MC and DOT compliance
– Insurance
– Permits and licenses
– Drivers
– Equipment
– Safety
– Cargo
– Pickup and delivery performance
– Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Dispatch Fee

Our standard dispatch fee is:

5% of the gross line-haul revenue for each load booked through our dispatch service.

The exact fee arrangement will be confirmed in the individual Dispatcher Agreement between Silver Hawk Logistics and the Carrier.

Additional services or charges, if any, must be agreed upon before they are applied.

4. Load Acceptance

The Carrier has the final decision to accept or reject any load.

Silver Hawk Logistics does not guarantee a specific number of loads, revenue, rate per mile, profit, or amount of freight.

5. Broker & Freight Information

We make reasonable efforts to work with legitimate freight opportunities and communicate professionally with brokers. However, freight availability, broker decisions, market rates, delays, cancellations, and other transportation conditions may be outside our control.

6. Website Information

7. Third-Party Websites
