Silverhawk Logistics operates as your independent carrier dispatch coordinator. We act strictly on your behalf, sourcing and negotiating loads with reputable brokers and enterprise shippers under your motor carrier authority.

Never. You maintain 100% decision authority over every load offer. We send you the complete rate confirmation with origin, destination, commodity details, and payout. You decide whether you roll or pass.

All freight payouts are handled directly between you and the broker or factoring company. You receive 100% of the freight invoice payments. Our low dispatch fee is billed separately via weekly statements.

To book loads, we need a copy of your active MC Authority letter, Certificate of Insurance naming Silverhawk as certificate holder, a completed W-9 form, and your Notice of Assignment (NOA) if you factor.
